My summer itinerary:
Jun 20-Jul 4: Saying goodbye to my home in Toronto
Jul 5: 12-hour layover in London (visiting with Maria)
Jul 6-Aug 17: India (Visiting friends and family, helping set up a school in Pune, attending teacher-training seminar in Bihar, also visited Mumbai & Delhi)
Aug 18-19: Rest in London! (visiting the Da Costa’s & Deya)
Aug 20-23: Austria (visiting Simeon and Mariane in Vienna)
Aug 23-26: Switzerland (visiting the Guptaras in Zurich, also got to see Luzerne, Berne, Basel, Schaafhausen, Stein-am-Rhime, Konstanz, Meersburg)
Aug 26-28: Germany (visiting Michael in Berlin)
Aug 29-30: Czech Republic (visiting Honza in Prague)
Aug 31-Sep 1: Hungary (visiting Imre in Budapest)
Sep 2-Sep 6: Bosnia (visiting Susan in Sarajevo, presenting at education conference)
Sep 7-8: Rest in London!
Sep 8: Back to New York!
2.5 months, 9 countries, 19 cities: Pretty cool.
Getting to catch up with friends around the world: Awesome.
Having locals to show me around and provide me with a warm (free!) bed to sleep in: Priceless.
Having my travel costs for the conference covered by my university: Woo hoo!!!
All in all, not a bad summer. =)

Dang girl,ur quite the globe trotter, I guess most people wouldn't go to half those places for any vacation! lol. I guess studying does take you somewhere
Nah...studying takes you to the library.
